VEGAN HIGH PROTEIN creamy soup that is suitable to be taken after physical activity, especially when the objective is TO GAIN MUSCLE MASS AND/OR REPAIR ANY DAMAGES INCURRED DURING INTENSE EXERCISE.
This high protein vegan purée is made from textured soy protein, tomato, vegetables and spices, all of organic origin. It is made with 41.8 g of high quality protein and low fat (7.8 g), with a with a significant carbohydrate component to recharge muscle glycogen (29.6 g in product). We use textured soya to prepare this vegan recipe; during the texturization process the protein contained in the soya is concentrated, concentrating its protein load up to almost double that which it originally contains, also almost completely eliminating the fat content. In this way, we get very high quality protein with low fat.
Soya protein contains all the essential amino acids that we need to ingest in our diet, without the need to resort to meat, which makes it a complete, balanced ingredient. Soya is a legume rich in fibre and minerals, mainly copper, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium and manganese; it is good source of vitamin K, vitamin E, isoflavones (antioxidants), thiamine, riboflavin and folates. Cayenne is a great ally as a metabolism activator, increasing thermogenesis and blood circulation. All the whilst, the vegetables and spices used in our recipe provide vitamins, minerals and fibre to achieve a complete, balanced diet.
